Shipping policy

We take orders at least a day in advance for the next day. The website cuts off for next day ordering at 7 pm for the first slot and 11 pm for the last slot. 

We have two delivery time slots i.e. 9 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm. The order will be delivered anytime between the time slot chosen, we cannot guarantee the delivery time since we have third-party logistics. You can opt to pick up the order if there are time constraints, and share those details in advance. Please stay true to your estimated time of arrival as we cannot guarantee our presence otherwise. 

If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please put in the number available for logistics to contact them. Apart from shipping details, we don't send out any other details over text messages or calls. 

In case of inevitable weather conditions or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek co-operation from you during such circumstances. 

The person who received the cake is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the order or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised at the time of delivery/pickup.

Change in delivery address/ selected slot can only be done upto 12 hours prior to delivery date. Change in delivery address cannot be done during the slot. Please WhatsApp us 8766299432 with your order details and changes.
